Time: Spring 2023
Process
Task: Create an ad campaign idea for a company of our choice. I chose Culver’s, because even though they’ve had some success in the marketing world, I think they’re largely missing the working folks.
Pitch: Culver’s is for every situation at every job. There is always an opening to stuff down another juicy butterburger or handful of perfectly crisp fries. So I play on stereotypes for different types of jobs and how we might sneak a meal here and there. This could easily be a video ad campaign as well, with each of these post ideas acting acting as a key image for a different scenario.
Results: The idea is as golden as a batch of fresh curds. I could take the time to trim off some of the white edge on the characters (or expand it), and clean up the gradient backdrop for the text, but this is more so an ideation exercise that I created from a mix of different graphics that I found online. I think people would really relate to this concept of sneaking a bite of Culver’s on the job.
